LEMONS

Lemon is the fruit of the hybrid tree of lemons and belongs to the family of citrus fruits. It is distinguished by its color and aroma. It is cultivated and hybridized from the wild varieties, such as citrus and tangerine. Although it is acidic, it is rich in vitamin C and it has antibacterial properties. In Greece, there are several varieties of good quality lemon. The Greek lemons outweigh the aroma, the taste, the color and the content of broth.
